Now that the girls have been released on the MSB blog I can share my card. I really love this line and I'm fairly certain this was patterned just for me LOL. On Sunday I had a friend stop me and say "I see you driving all over the place with your cell phone"....hahahah. Also you know I love her hair! Our sketch this week came from Melinda and I think it's so pretty. I had trouble deciding what to do at first and then it just came together at the last minute. For Judy LOL

Ok so my friend Judy told me she wants updates on my life besides my cards so for those of you who don't care just hang with me LOL. I'm attaching a video of my sons band concert last night. The band teacher is so much fun. He worked with the kids and taught them how to play on buckets last year, this year it's trash cans so enjoy! My son is wearing aqua and white stripes on his shirt. School is going very well just busier than I expected this quarter. We changed names so now our college is called Harrison College and I like it. I actually start clinicals next semester at the end of June so I will need volunteers to give injections and draw blood. Any takers? LOL. Andreas softball season is going very well for her and she loves it. I love that she's finally agreed to wear her hair in a ponytail LOL.

Oh it's my lucky day! We have a new player joining us each week for Template Tuesday and since this week is my sketch I am the lucky one who gets to host Julia's card. I just love her work and I sincerely hope she gets a blog soon :) I used to belong to a yahoo group with Julia and loved it when I'd get one of her cards in a challenge swap. I used a SNS Olivia stamp that I hadn't used in awhile and it's so cute. Don't you just love owls? We used to live on a very dead end road that was next to some woods and a cornfield and an owl lived near us. Every once in awhile the owl would come walk around in front of our house at night and it was so cool to watch, he was HUGE. I hope you have a wonderful week! It's that time of year!

My daughter is very excited to have her softball season started. They played their first game Saturday night and it was so close the entire game. We lost 12-11 but it was in extra innings thanks to Dre who caught the last out and put them in the extra inning. :)

Home Sweet Home 050109

WELCOME to May! I cannot wait for better and warmer weather. We've had so much cold and rainy days lately that I'm feeling blah. Today is another cloudy day but at least we can hope for no rain until tomorrow. I am looking forward to planting some flowers and putting out the new landscaping stuff but I don't do it until after Mother's Day because that's about when our weather seems to settle down.

I thought this paper was pretty springy with all the flowers so I paired it up with ModernSugarBlvds Our Pretty House which you can find here. They have so many cute images right now including a coffe house, an ice cream shop and the flower shop. Which is your favorite?
