This is the card sketch I followed for our April Postabella swap. The theme was April Showers Bring May Flowers. Kim Doktor sent me the images in a trade and I love this bella. She is one I will be ordering soon. I colored her with my copics and added some sparkle to her shirt and used my prima flowers. But.........to work on my own Friday challenge I tried the velvet brad technique and it was so easy. I didn't have the glue pad Taylor used so I just used some of my clear glue and dipped the brads in my fun flock and let them dry. Very simple and lots of fun. Gives the flower a fuzzy fun look. Enjoy!

Double Challenge Weekend

Love her! She's one of my favorites but I don't have her. Love the boots. Aren't they just the cutest thing? And of course, I'm loving the glitz on her shirt! I'm going to have to try the velvet brad tonight! Great job!
